Mike was born on February 21, 1946, in Houston, Texas, to the late Theodore James Hall and Marie Clementine Strouhal Hall. A 1964 graduate of St. Pius X High School in Houston, Mike attended The University of Texas before enlisting and serving in the United States Air Force, including a tour of duty in Vietnam.
Upon discharge from military service, he completed his education, graduating with a degree in business from The University of Houston in 1973. Mike worked in Accounting and Finance with Texaco Inc., in Houston, and later, with the MKT Railroad in Denison, Texas.
Because of his great passion for baseball he was actively involved in coaching Sherman Youth Baseball and served as Commissioner of Sherman Youth Baseball. Mike was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Houston, and First Baptist Church of Sherman.
Mike is survived by his wife Sherry McCulloch Hall, of Sherman, Texas; daughter, Shannon Hall Pasco and husband Alex, of Portland, Ore.; son Casey Hall, of Shanghai, China; one granddaughter, Parker Pasco, of Portland; sister, Patricia Ann Hall, of Houston, Texas; and father-in-law, Everett McCulloch, of Sherman.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his mother-in-law, Mary Lynn Hicks McCulloch.
