DENISON - Eric Baker, 30, passed away June 6, 2013 at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital-WNJ. Eric was born on April 8, 1983 in Denison to Ronald Dean Baker and Gail Elaine Greenwood. Eric graduated from Sherman High School in 2001 and attended Grayson County College. Eric was formerly employed by The Blue Door Café, Tyson Foods and Texas Instruments. He had a huge heart and love for cats. Eric always helped his friends in times of need and he had their backs and stood by them at all times.

He traveled to Hawaii in 2010 and that is where he was truly the happiest. There he met a special friend, Paty Miller-Ho; they had a special bond from the start and she will truly miss him. He has friends in India and Japan whose thoughts and prayers are with the family.
He enjoyed playing video games like "Everquest, Tribes 2 and World of Warcraft" where he had many online friends. All his gamer friends will truly miss "Septose."
He was preceded in death by his father Ronald Dean Baker in 1991, Grandparents, Leonard and Gloria Baker and Samuel Greenwood.
He is survived by his mother, Gail Elaine Baker; brother, Chad Baker and wife Cherish of Fort Worth; grandmother, Donnie Godbey of Sherman; two uncles, Keith Greenwood of Calera, Okla. and Mike Gray in McKinney; two cousins, Brian Gray of Durant, Okla. and Macie Greenwood of Bonham; and other Baker family members in the Denison area and his cat. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. on Monday June 10, 2013 at Dannel Funeral Home and following visitation a service will be held at 6pm in the chapel at Dannel Funeral Home with Leland Samuelson, minister.
We love you, your mom and brother and many others. We will miss you "Bubba."
