HOWE - Evert Earnest Ratcliff, 82, of Howe went home to be with his Lord on Tuesday, the 15th of January after a long and courageous battle with the after effects of radiation from a cancer on his vocal chord. He married Frankie Morris, Feb. 19, 1954 in McKinney, Texas. To them were born two sons, Dwain Ratcliff and Larry Ratcliff.
Evert served his Lord with gladness; shared his faith, and the goodness of the Lord with those to whom he came in contact. Evert was a giver.
