Freddie Cassidy Obituary
DENISON - Freddie Don Cassidy, 69, entered into eternal life Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2012 at Texoma Medical Center.

Mr. Cassidy was born Feb. 11, 1943 in Denison, Texas the son of Tommy P. and Ruth Marie (Powell) Cassidy. He graduated from Denison High School. He married Glenda Means in Denison. Freddie worked for the Katy Railroad for several years as well as Butler Inc., after retiring he became a strong supporter of local activities. Freddie loved his family especially his grandchildren. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. Freddie will always be remembered for his smile, his generosity and sense of humor. He will be deeply missed.

Mr. Cassidy is survived by his beloved family; wife, Glenda Cassidy of Denison; daughters, Susan Cassidy of Royse City, Texas, Audra Cassidy of Garland, Texas and Kim Guymon Lemoult of Washington, D.C.; and sons, Greg Guymon of Colbert, Okla. and Garrett Guymon of Denison; grandchildren, Kirsten Carper, Blake Wright, Lawson Guymon and Sawyer Guymon; great-grandson, Landon Carper, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Tommy and Ruth Cassidy, brothers, Tommy Cassidy Jr, Billy Cassidy, Clyde Cassidy and Jimmy Cassidy and nephew, Jamie Cassidy.

Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012 at Parkside Baptist Church with Dr. Chet Haney officiating.
