Gary Evans, 53, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012 at his home with his loving family by his side.|
Gary was born on Sept. 18, 1959 in Denison to Carl and Addie B. (Waymire) Evans. He was a plumber, and had a passion for fishing. He never met a stranger. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Mr. Evans is survived by his family, wife, Zoe Evans of Denison; daughter, Shauna Rhymes and fiancé, Dennis Wayne Baecht; brother, Darrel Evans; sister, Rachel Evans Means, and husband, Johnny; grandchildren, Morgan and McKenzie Thomas and Carter Baecht, all of Denison; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Roger Dale Evans.
A Memorial Service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013 at Fisher Funeral Home Chapel with Ricky Reeves officiating.
Gary truly loved his friends and would do anything for them and would even make sacrifices in his own life to help others. He was a very gifted man that felt other people's pain and would try to make them feel better through love and laughter. It would trouble and hurt him deeply to see someone down on their luck. He always wanted people and animals to feel cared for and loved. He loved laughter and to see people happy. Please take a moment to let your friends and loved ones know how much you care and say I Love You!! Rest Babe, I Love You. I love you all and thank you for all the kind words and support.
