1952 - 2011 Obituary Condolences
DENISON - Graveside services for Mr. Ray Charles Brown, 58, of Denison will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, October 22, 2011, at Bloomfield Cemetery, Hendrix, Okla. Rev. Michael Braxton will officiate.Visitation will be held at Cravens Funeral Home on Friday, October 21, from 10 a.m. to 5:30, with Family Hour from 6 to 7 p.m.

Mr. Brown was born on October 24, 1952 to Esther L. Brown in Hendrix, Okla. He later met Alice Fay Baker, with whom he shared his life and raised children. Ray dedicated 28 years of service as a Saw Operator to Hitchcock Foundry before retiring. He loved his work, family, and friends.

On October 16, 2011, Ray Charles Brown was called home from Texoma Medical Center. Mr. Brown leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Alice Faye Baker, of Denison; children, Dejuan E. Baker, Tyran D. Baker, Tyrell R. Baker, Adrian J. Baker and Sherrie N. (Michael) Wimbush, all of Denison; mother, Esther Louise Brown, Hendrix, Okla.; brothers, Warren K. Brown, Durant, Ok, Billy Jefflo, Oklahoma City and Patrick Brown, Denison; sisters, Betty J. Brown, Teresa D. Brown, Mary A. Brown and Felicia Randall and husband Matthew, all of Durant; a beloved host of nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.

The Brown family is receiving friends at 1307 S. Rusk in Denison.
