David William Brock Obituary
DENISON - David William Brock, 70, went home to be with the Lord, Friday, January 31, 2014 at his home in Denison.

Mr. Brock was born January 29, 1944 in Achille, Okla., the son of Henry and Opal (Campbell) Brock. David served his country through his work in the Army National Guard as a mechanic. He married the love of his life, Patricia Yarbrough on January 28, 1977 in Colbert, Okla. After his military service David worked as a plasterer in the construction industry for many years in the Denison area. In his spare time Mr. Brock worked on cars and enjoyed racing at the Grayson County Speedway where he held the track record for many years and still holds it. David was blessed with a loving family and many friends, he will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Mr. Brock is survived by his family, wife of 37 years, Pat Brock; three daughters, Sonja Sweeney and husband Russell, Stacy Polenske, and Tara Hestily and husband Ryan; son, Joe Don Ford and wife Kathy; 11 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Barbara Sellers and Donna Bassett, and brother Byron Brock.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, February 7, 2014 at Fisher Funeral Chapel with Chaplain Bryan Spurgin officiating. There is no set time for visitation.
