DENISON - Billy Glen Hargesheimer, age 56, went to be with the Lord, Friday, February 14, 2014 after a 20 month fight with cancer. Billy was born November 13, 1957 in Sherman, Texas, the son of Billy Earl and Ruth (Mayo) Hargesheimer.|
Billy married the love of his life, Debbie Tumey on October 17, 1981 at the Evangel Temple in Denison. Together they raised their two children who he loved immensely. Mr. Hargesheimer worked for Black and Decker/ Kwikset for 16 years as a machine operator. In 2003 Billy left Kwikset to open Ja Makin Me Tan with his wife Debbie.
Billy had a one of a kind smile that he was not afraid to share with anyone. Billy and Debbie made a yearly trip to Jamaica where he enjoyed spending time on the beach and snorkeling, ever on the hunt for unique sea shells. Mr. Hargesheimer would go to great lengths to help his family friends with anything they needed. He was a special person that will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Mr. Hargesheimer is survived by his loving family, wife of 32 years, Debbie Hargesheimer, daughter, Kira LaChelle Little and husband, Matthew, son, Billy Todd Hargesheimer and wife, Kimberly, one soon to arrive granddaughter, Ellie Gwen Hargesheimer, sister, Cindy Lou Banister (Hargesheimer), brother, Terry Wayne Hargesheimer and wife, Paula, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service for Mr. Hargesheimer will be held at 5 p.m. Monday, February 17 at Trinity Lighthouse Church in Denison, Texas with Rev. Raymond England officiating. There is no set time for visitation.
