Lisa Farrell Obituary
SHERMAN - The family of Lisa G. Farrell will receive friends from 6 - 8 p.m. Tuesday at Waldo Funeral Home. In accordance with her wishes, no formal funeral services will be held. After a courageous battle with cancer, Mrs. Farrell, 59, passed away Friday May 23 at Texoma Medical Center.

Lisa was born February 10, 1955 in Kosciusko, Mississippi to Marion Yates Farrell, Sr. and Nettie Earlene (Clifton) Farrell. She graduated from Sherman High School in 1973 and worked for the last fifteen years as Fleet Coordinator for Texas Electric.

Hardworking and independent, Lisa will be most remembered by her family for her generosity and unselfishness. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister who always placed the needs of her family above her own. In her free time, Lisa enjoyed playing slot machines.

Lisa is survived by her mother, Earlene Farrell of Sherman; three children, Misty Irvin and husband Derek of Pottsboro, Jamy Reimer and fiancé Linsy Donoho of Sherman, and Miranda Curtman and James Childs of Frisco; three grandchildren, Dax Irvin, Shay Reimer, and Lola Patton; one brother, Marion Farrell, Jr. and wife Vickie of Collinsville; three sisters, Wendy Grady and husband Gary of Sherman, Donna Fallis and husband Gary of Luella, and Kathy Hightower and husband Steven of Sherman; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
