Paul Henderson Obituary
DENISON – Paul Michel Henderson, 65, entered into eternal life Thursday, April 14, 2011 at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital-WJN.
Mr. Henderson was born May 19, 1945 in Denison, the son of Clyde and Jewel (Roberson) Henderson. He graduated from Denison High School in 1965 and University of Texas at Arlington with a bachelors degree in math. Paul was an excellent computer programmer and enjoyed working on computers. He worked four years for Levi Strauss and 27 years with Texas Instruments as a computer programmer specialist. He loved watching the Texas Rangers, Dallas Cowboys, but his favorite was the Denison Yellow Jackets. Paul will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Mr. Henderson is survived by his loving family: brother, Jerry Henderson and wife, Gwen of Denison; sisters, Lucille Boren of Richardson, Texas Imogene Gilliam of Denison and Ruth Wasden and husband, Tom of Denison; and numerous nieces and nephews. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, Marie Caraway, Delois Chastain, Joyce Irwin, Jimmy Henderson and Johnny Henderson, Bobby Henderson and Larry Henderson.
Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday, April 18, 2011 in Fairview Cemetery with nephew, T. J. Wasden officiating. There is no set time for family visitation. The funeral home will be open from 1 -5 p.m. Sunday, April 17, 2011.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in his name to Texas Neurofibromatosis Foundation, 1717 Main St., Suite 1800, Dallas, TX 75201.
