Edward Eugene Howick

Edward Eugene Howick was born April 16, 1920. Edward (Tip) passed away peacefully to be with the Lord on November 26, 2013, at 11:55 a.m. at Providence Hospital, Everett, Washington. Edward grew up in Stanwood and attended Lincoln High School. He joined the Army from 1941 to 1945. He was with the Airdrome Squadron 306th. Upon discharge from the Army in November 1945, he attended Mt Vernon Junior College - two quarters. He then went to the University of Washington and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1950. He met his bride at the University of Washington and married Inez Amelia Olsen on June 20, 1952 in Los Angeles. They lived in San Diego for many years before returning to the Pacific Northwest in Silverdale, WA. Inez passed away while they were living in Silverdale. He worked for Puget Power and retired April 30, 1982. He has lived at Warm Beach for the past nine years on his own. He is survived by his sister, Lucille Jensen and numerous nieces and nephews.
