Jean Ann graduated from Monroe High School, Monroe, WA. With the aide

After Richard graduated from Central Washington State College in 1973,
Richard and Jean Ann settled in Lake Stevens, WA where their beloved son David K. Toyer was born. Jean Ann being the consummate planner, loved planning many activities including gatherings with her girlfriends of 60 years, and other long-time friends and family. She was a die-hard list maker as her husband can attest to the many "Honey-Do" lists prepared for his benefit. She was a hostess extraordinaire; an exemplary friend; a fierce prayer warrior for those in time of illness or difficulties; and above all a loving wife, mother, and grandmother; she also loved scribing a plethora of thank you notes for any kindness shown towards or for her.
