Lucky (Roger) W. Worrell
May 5, 1943 - June 25, 2013

Lucky Worrell of Camano Island, WA was born in Portland, OR to Grace McNeeley Worrell and James Worrell. When he was five the family moved to Umatilla, OR where he graduated from grade school and attended high school. In 1958 the family made a move to Rufus, OR then to Wasco, OR. From there Lucky joined the navy and served our country. He married and had two children.
He later married Patti Swan Worrell his second wife and soul mate in 1975 in Denver, CO and then moved to Kirkland, WA for 14 years. They then moved and made their home on Camano Island in 1989. They lived in Camaloch where Lucky became an avid golfer and he loved his muscle cars and loved restoring them, he enjoyed life. He had many friends and Mopar lost a friend.
He is survived by his wife, Patti of 38 years; son, Carry of Bend, OR; daughter, Shelly (Mauro) of Boise, ID; sisters, Linda (Charlie) Showaker; sister, Barbara Zeigler of Pendleton, OR; brother, Walt (Colleen) Worrell; and sister, Vicki (David) Perkins of The Dalles, OR. He had many nieces and nephews. Nephew, Jesse and his family, wife, Sharon and daughter's, LeAnne and Jessica of Stanwood, WA. Lucky talked and thought of LeAnne and Jessica as his grandkids, he was very proud of all his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A Celebration of his life will be held at Camaloch Golf Course at the Chalet August 9, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. We will all miss him very much, he was much loved. I love you always.
