Roland E. Fettel
Jan. 1938 - March 2013

Rollie passed away peacefully into the arms of Jesus March 19, 2013. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on January 17, 1938.
He was an attentive and faithful husband, a loving father, an adoring grandfather, a beloved brother, a loyal friend, and so much more.
His family settled in Fontana, California when he was about six. After graduating from Fontana High School, he attended Chaffey College before entering the United States Army. He was fortunate enough to be stationed in Germany allowing him to travel throughout Europe.
After the Army, Rollie entered the banking field for the next twenty years which led him to Washington State. He later began his career as a real estate agent, selling houses and refurbishing old homes. He loved matching people with their perfect home. Many of his clients became close friends. When not working, he was either pursuing his passion of flying small planes, restoring classic cars and GOLF!
Rollie was the kind of man that left a lasting impression on the hearts of all those he met. He will be greatly missed.
He leaves behind his wife of 50 years, Joyce; daughters, Elissa and Michele; granddaughters, Desiree', Hannah and Emma; twin brother, Douglas (Judi); several nieces and nephews; and numerous cousins.
There will be a celebration of his life at the family home in Everett honoring Rollie on April 7, 2013 from 1-4 p.m. Please stop by to share your favorite memories.
