Susie Plantz, born Arlyne Reba Rosebrook in Omak, Washington to Margret and Herbert Rosebrook on September 20, 1942, moved to Everett at an early age, and this is where she made her roots.
Susie lost her long battle to Breast Cancer
and passed away peacefully on April 3, 2013.
She was a loving and devoted wife to her best friend of 44 years, Donald Plantz. She was a loving, supportive older sister to three brothers, Gary Rosebrook (deceased), Stan Rosebrook and Dale Rosebrook.
Susie is survived by her two brothers, Stan and Dale; her daughter, Helen; sons, Ed, David, Stan and Guy; numerous grandchildren; nieces and nephews; great nieces and great nephews, all who loved her dearly.
She attended Seattle University to become an Alcohol-Drug Counselor from 1983-1984. From there she continued her ongoing education, receiving her Masters in Addiction Counseling. She was founder, owner and operator of Options Treatment Evaluations. She opened Options in the Lynnwood, WA area in 1986 and it will continue in her memory.
Susie was a hard worker and put her all into her business and career, and loved what she did. She was understanding, generous and had a non-judgmental spirit with a huge heart full of love. She will be greatly missed.
There will be a special gathering for all those that would like to pay their respects and celebrate her life, on April 13, 2013 between 1:00p.m.-5:00 p.m at Options, 15620 Hwy 99, Suite #11, Lynnwood, WA 98087.
