Suzanne Inez Lehmann

Suzanne Inez Lehmann, a dear friend and fellow traveler returned to the house of the Lord on June 2, 2013 after suffering with her fourth exposure to cancer. She was born in Lansing, MI, December 15, 1942.
She experienced a full life of varied adventures that brought joy to others as well as herself.
Suzanne earned a BA in Humanities from Michigan State University and a Masters in Human Services from Boston University while working in Italy. She began her career with the American Red Cross in Korea followed by 25 years with the US Army Moral Welfare and Recreation Program, developing wholesome recreational activities for assigned military and civilian employees on military posts in Italy and Germany before being transferred to Naval Station Everett in 1997.
Suzanne is survived by one brother.
She enjoyed travel, swimming, cooking, collecting antique glass, growing herbs and studying herbal medicines, reading, foreign films and being a rock hound. She appreciated a variety of people, a variety of cultures, and a variety of foods.
Her ashes will be returned to Lansing to be buried with her parents.
A special thanks goes out to the staff of Everett Transitional Care Services, Concierge Care Advisors and Bee Cee Homes for the conscientious, compassionate and professional care and treatment she received.
