I remember visiting my Uncle Roy and Aunt Kathleen mostly in Monroe, Washington. It always seemed like Uncle Roy knew how to fix anything! He always had stories to tell, mostly of his brother and sisters. Hugs to Aunt Kathleen, Annette and Gerry and their families.

I have many happy memories of Uncle Roy. When I was a little girl, I remember sitting in church beside him and he would give me hard candy. My Mother and I visited him and I wanted to pick blueberries because I had never done that before. and he took me, even in the rain, so I could get some. Wes and I went to visit him and Aunt Kathleen and he told me stories of his brothers and sisters that I had never heard before and he sent me some old family pictures and a brief note on his Mother and Father and all 13 brothers and sisters. He was a very kind, soft spoken man and will be missed. Celebrating a life well lived. We will cherish the memories forever.

Roy was a hardworking honest man who always knew what to do, you never had to ask. I know this first hand as he worked for me for many years following his retirement. What I learned from Roy was that he cared about what he was about and with who he was involved with. My sincere condolences to Kathleen and to Roy's family and friends. He will be missed. C.J. Ebert
