Alfred Durossette Obituary

Alfred Durossette, Jr. "Butch"

Alfred "Butch" Durossette was born December 19, 1944 to Alfred and Nora Durossette in Everett, WA. He passed away at home unexpectedly April 18, 2011 at the age of 66.
Butch spent the past 32 years with Jan, the love of his life. He was a construction worker, erecting scaffolding and driving truck. He was an excellent musician, playing guitar in bands and for Jan and family.
He loved watching Seahawks and Mariners games, attending church with Jan, playing with their little dog, Kody, eating out, interacting with family, teasing us all, getting teased, laughing and enjoying life.
He was an example for everyone with his strong will and determination.
He is survived by Jan; step-children, Cheryl (Sid) and Owen (Tracy); grandchildren, Carrie, Kris (Beth) and Angela (Phil); great-grandson, Dylan Murphy; and his beloved dog, Kody. He is also survived by his sisters, Rosie, Mary, Jeanette, Ethel, Irene and Andy; and his sons, Andy, Bobby and Woody.
Donations to American Heart Association.
We loved you Butch and will miss you, your bright smile and strong, steady support.

I am so sorry for your loss of Butch!! He was a wonderful, caring, creative man that had a smile that would melt your heart. He was also very stubborn, that would just make you shake your head, but that was who he was. Stood strong for what he believed in! I feel very lucky to have known him and had him be a big part of my life! My heart goes out to all of you! Take care Jan, Owen, Cheryl, Carrie, Chris, Angie and everyone else that was in his life! ~Deanne
