Frances Duim Obituary

Frances Joyce Duim (Loewen)

Frances J. Duim, 71, of Alderwood Manor, WA died March 31, 2011 after a brief illness.
She was the beloved wife of Gerry; mother of Tim Duim (Leslie), Marci Klempel (Bart) and Sherilyn Duim; grandmother to her many grandchildren; and sister of Shirley Cornelsen (Gene).
We are comforted to know that she was welcomed into the arms of Jesus and her family members who preceded her in death. We will all miss her kind and generous spirit.
We welcome family and friends to join us in a celebration of her life and join us in a potluck reception following the service at 2:00 p.m., April 13, 2011. We will gather at Purdy & Walters at Floral Hills Chapel, 409 Filbert Rd. Lynnwood, WA.

Gerald, I just read about Frances. Just recently I looked at a photo of our boys at age 6 mo (Timothy and Mark) You are often in my thoughts even though visits were sparce after you moved South. You are family and I care a lot on how you are doing. Your Mom (Aunt Mickie) and my Mom Jenny were best of friends.Love you Shirley Harlander, Nonhoff

I am so sorry for your loss. Among all those welcoming her into heaven was Chuck. Even though we haven't seen much of each other in recent years, I will remember times spent with her and her smile. Blessings to all of you, love and prayers.
