Ruth Dressel Obituary

Ruth Alice Dressel

Our precious mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother, Ruth Alice Dressel, passed away on February 13, 2011.
She was born January 17, 1925. Ruth was very proud of being 86 years old.
She is survived by her daughter, Paulette Salmon; and her two grandchildren, Tamara Foroe and Hollace Johnston. She had five great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Ruth was born to Charles and Ruth Williamson in Hedley, B.C. Out of a family of 11 siblings, she has one brother remaining, Joe Williamson, 94.
She loved God, her family and friends. She looked forward to the coming of Jesus and the resurrection when she would no longer be fettered by the restraints of her illness. Ruth accepted all things with grace and patience. She is resting in Jesus now, soon to be awakened by the Lord Himself. She thrilled at the description of that glorious day and the gathering of families, separated by death, brought together by the angels.

We will miss her so much.

Rest well, dear Ruth.
