Lois Schaeffer Obituary


Lois Doreen Schaeffer

Lois Doreen Schaeffer passed away on Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at the age of 78 with her family at her side. Her family and friends are happy that she will no longer suffer from Alzheimer's. She will go to the Lord in peace and grace.
She was a loving wife to her husband, Ed, for 54 years.
She is survived by her children, Karlene, Robert, Linda, Cheryl, and Laura; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A special thanks for the loving care from the staff at Richmond Beach Rehab and Providence Hospice of Seattle, WA.
Lois graduated from Lincoln High School in Seattle in 1950. She was employed by the Bon Marche until she became married to Ed in 1957.
Lois was a great homemaker and always had a wonderful smile and attitude about life in general.
A Memorial Service with reception will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 23 at Beck's Funeral Home, 405 5th Ave. S in Edmonds, WA.
Memorials may be given to the Western Washington Alzheimer's Association
