Pauline and family, So sorry to hear about the passing of Carl. The river won't be the same. Carl was the first person to welcome all of us at the river and when we were up there we welcomed him and Pauline over at our place. Oh for the stories he told of his upbringing and his family(which he was very proud of) and when he spoke of his kids his eyes would light up. He also could not say enough good of Pauline--the love of his life. Such a loss, he will be deeply missed. The Haugens

I have always considered Carl my friend from the very first time I worked for him. My tenure working for Gott construction was a great learning experience. A big plus for me was the lifelong friends I gained while working there. He always rewarded hard work. My condolences to all his Family.

Carl was a friend that can never be replaced. His children should be proud to have a father like Carl, because he was one of a kind. Carl was one of those few people whose handshake was his word, and he would always honor it. I will miss him.
