Carole Christine Severson

Carole Christine Severson of Granite Falls, WA passed away February 24, 2011 in Everett, WA.
Born August 30, 1938 in Portland, OR, she attended Jefferson High School and Oregon State University.
Carole married Roger Severson on November 24, 1984. She worked for Bell Communications for 31 years, retiring in 1986.
Carole was a member of Ebenezer Lutheran Church in Lake Stevens, WA.
She enjoyed gardening, sewing, cooking, knitting, quilts, scrap booking and traveling. She shared endlessly of her time and love. She was humble, intelligent, giving, supportive and intuitive. Her heart was open to one and all.
Carole was preceded in death by her mother, Emma Anderson Riddle; her father, Marvin Skoog; and her daughter, Genell Johnson.
She is survived by her husband, Roger Severson; her children, Scott Johnson, Kristal (Tom) Sauvain, Jenneen Jones, Shona Murphy, Elizabeth Cole and Vicki Dunlap; her 14 grandchildren, Brian, Joel, Travis, Jennelle, Matthew, Zachary, Rachel, Dale, Jerry, Clint, Garrett, Jessica, Jen and Laura; and her three great-grandchildren, Cody, Devon and Mason.
A memorial service will be held at Lake Stevens Ebenezer Lutheran Church, Saturday, March 5, 2011 at 10:30 a.m.
