Charles F. Michal born December 14, 1946 of Everett Wa passed away April 20, 2014. Chuck left a big hole in a lot of people's hearts when he left us. To meet him was to like him. He was honest sincere and funny. He had a good sense of humor. Chuck and Bev met in 1970, became friends, and was soon a couple then married June 1, 1973. So became an adventure that Bev will always remember. We loved and we fought, we played and we worked and we laughed (at each other). Our life was full of family. Chuck was big on family gatherings and loved all of his family. We took many road trips that spanned from coast to coast. He participated in all that life had to offer: fishing, golfing, pool, bowling, biking and Vegas gambling. Chuck worked at Bayliner for 12 years, cooked for a living and was a great chef, and retired from Boeing after 20 years. The relatives will forever talk about Chuck's famous pizza. An avid animal lover that could not be without his popcorn, Rexie or Dixie. He was preceded by his mom and dad, Louie and Geri Michal; grandson, Christopher Hartley; son, Kevin Hartley; nephew, Troy Anderson; niece, Michelle McNiel-Dagner; brother-in-Law, Dale Perry. Chuck is survived by his wife, Beverly; his son, Bob McDonald; his children: Allen Hartley and wife Judy, Nancy Hartley Turner and husband Tom; brother, Jim Michal and wife Judi; sister, Charlene VanRossen; grandchildren: Nicholas Hartley, Rebecca Hartley, Erica Baroh and Madeline Hartley. Memorial will be held May 4, 2014 at 2 p.m. at 2501 5th St, Everett Wa. 98201
