He is survived by wife and soul mate of 45 years, Peggy; daughter, Melissa (Lance); grandsons, Blake and Troy; brothers, Michael (James) and Jim (Jan); sister, Theresa (Daniel); and mother, Irene.
Services will be held at 5:00 p.m., Saturday, April 23, 2011 at St. Andrews Episcopal Church, 111 NE 80th St., Seattle, WA.

Dearest Mel and family~
I am so sorry for your loss as I know how much your dad will forever mean to you. Please know that you have so many people who love you all and are keeping you in thought and prayer. He is now your guardian angel and you will see him again. I love you!

Time passes too quickly & doesn't wait for us to do or say all we intended. These last few months fond memories of the Driscoll Christmas parties floated through my mind. Especially remembering the time Cliff took me to the bowling alley - Robin Hood lanes, when we got there he ran around to my side of the car and opened my door & when we got inside he, like a gentleman helped me off with my coat. . . my what special treatment for a cousin!! thank you Cliff for your love ~ Beverly ~
