Fredricka Theresa AalmoFredricka Theresa Aalmo, born May 28, 1914, on Camano Island, Washington, died August 30, 2005.
She attended grade school on Camano Island, and high school in Stanwood. Fredricka married Arne Aalmo in 1933. She was a volunteer at the Mount Vernon Senior Center, belonged to Wind Jammers Harmonica Band of Mount Vernon, and was a lifetime member of the Sons of Norway, Stanwood. Fredricka enjoyed gardening and music.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Jean and Jim Brisbin, of Burlington, Washington; sons and daughters-in-law, John and Lois Aalmo, of Anacortes, Harry and Janice Aalmo of Puyallup, Washington, and Elaine Aalmo, of Arlington, Washington; sister, Astrid Tengelin, of Stanwood; 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grand-children; fout great-great-grand-children; several nieces and nephews; also special granddaughter, Debbie Davis, and niece, Nancy Tengelin.

Fredricka was preceded in death by her parents, John and Theresa Johnson; husband, Arne Aalmo; son, Arnold Aalmo; brother, Robert Johnson; and brother-in-law, Axel Tengelin.

At her request there will be only graveside services at 11 a.m., Friday, September 2, 2005, at Camano Island Lutheran Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Gilbertson Funeral Home, Stanwood.
