Jay Cyr Obituary

Jay Cyr

Jay passed on March 22, 2011 at the age of 59.
He was born July 31, 1951 to Bert and Betty Cyr, both of whom have preceded Jay in death.
He was a loving husband to Juanita of Omak, WA; and a caring father to Kenny Cyr (Stacy Allen), both of Omak, Emily Cyr of Omak, Kristal (Mike) Eslick of MT; and many others who called him "Dad" - he had Kaycee Cyr, Lexi Varner and Carson Varner, his grandkids, to love and spoil. He is also survived by his sister, Penny Qually of Lynnwood, WA.
Jay had spent most of his life long-haul trucking and logging, and was always willing to lend a hand or a bit of advice when needed. He will be loved and missed by all.
There will be no service at his request. We will have a celebration of life for him in the near future.

How do you put into words when you search for an old friend only to find out that they passed away 10 years earlier. Jay was a good friend, neighbor, and mentor we had a lot of good times together. Jaunita words certainly cannot express my sadness of J.C. passing, I can only fault myself for not have trying to reconnect earlier With regards Dano

There are not enough words to describe how I feel right now. I have lost a brother that was with me through the best and worst times a person could have in life. Some of are exploits together are legendary and the things that will never be forgotten. That goes for you MY BROTHER you will never be forgotten!

Juanita, I loved Jay like a Brother loves his own Brother. We met a long time ago and grew together in the Motorcycle Community. I don't even have the words to say how sorry I am feeling right now.
I know you might be left with some issues to fix and I'll help in any way I can. Rest In Peace my Brother. You're in Gods hands now.

Juanita,Emily,Kenny, What can be said about Jay. How Iam going to miss our conversations about the next big adventure, that might stick against the wall, or the old racing days, logging days or trucking days. Or do I say that Jay was more a brother than a friend and I will miss him for as long as I live. Jay was a special friend to me and I will cherish that for a long time. Rest in peace my brother and I'll carry on the battle for both of us. Juanita I am so sorry and if there is anything you need to talk about you know I am availabe. BUDDA!
