I'm so sorry about your loss! The one lasting memory and similarity I had with John was his love for Seattle sports. Lets hope he can be our "Angel in the Outfield" and help influence those Seattle teams minus the Huskies towards many victories and championships.

We will miss Johnny so much. He was a good man. I know he's with Dad now, probably playing horseshoes or fishing in Heaven now. Love to you Bernice, Linda, and Shirley....Nancy P and Barbara Borylla

I am not sure how we are related, my grandfather was James Arthur Marquardt. He was killed in a train accident in 1915. While looking through the internet this obituary came up, which gives me to conclude that in some way we are related. As I read the profile on John its obvious the Lord blessed John R. Marquardt with many talents and a long beautiful life. I extend my sympathy toward his family and friends. Oddette Saxon, Tahlequah, OK
