Lucille Lee

Lucille Lee, 82, of Lynn-wood, WA passed away peacefully on March 29, 2011. She was born on October 3, 1928 in Minot, N. Dakota. Her family moved to Washington State in her early years and she attended Snohomish High School.
She is survived by her children, Jeff Pederson, Darlene Shank, Judy King and her husband, Neal; as well as four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and one brother.
Lucille enjoyed crocheting and in her later years loved crossword puzzles. She was also passionate about fishing which she enjoyed for many years.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to ASPCA since Lucille loved animals.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.

Mom, It's already been a year since you went to be with God. It only seems like yesterday. We all miss you and your great memory of events from the past. We have the picture albums and will share them with the family. Love Judy

God Took Her To His Loving Home
God saw her getting tired,
a cure was not to be.
He wrapped her in his loving arms
and whispered ‘Come with me.’
She suffered much in silence,
her spirit did not bend.
She faced her pain with courage,
until the very end.
She tried so hard to stay with us
but her fight was not in vain,
God took her to His loving home
and freed her from the pain.

Mom, Neal and I are thinking about the times we shared with you. I wish I could have enjoyed fishing more, but I think you burned me out when we were little. I'm really glad that you enjoyed it. I loved the times that we went to the casino and wish we could have taken you to Reno. I will cherish all the doilies you made for me, they are beautiful. All my Love, Judy
