Mark L.B. Kelley "Bud", Veteran of Foreign War, age 79, moved on November 12, 2013. Mark was born on July 29, 1934 in Teigen, Montana, the son of George H. Kelley and Goldie L. Kelley (Tracey). Mark served The United States Air Force from 1953-1964 Korean War 1958-1961. 512th FINCEPTRON 319th FINCEPTRON USAFE). Two Bronze Medals, 61St ADA Crest, National Defense Service, Honorable Discharge 1962 Bunker Hill A.F.B. Peru, IN. Brother to Raymond E. Kelley, deceased, Lois A. Thayer (Kelley) deceased, and Jack L. Kelley, Eureka, Montana. A Loving Dad to children Jay Clowe, Granite Falls, WA., Mike Clowe, Seattle, WA., Kelly J. Farmer (wife, Leanne) Seattle, WA., Lisa K. Kelley, Peru, IN. and Todd Kelley, Peru, IN; eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother, Goldie L DeGroot (Kelley) in 2000. Employment through Laborers International Union of North America-Local 292 from 1965-1992. He retired as Business Manager. He relocated to Elephant Butte, N.M. in 2006 where he spent his last remaining years of retirement. Mark enjoyed traveling, spending time with his children and grandchildren. He also enjoyed the company of his many, many friends, bs-ing with the b-sers as he would say. Cremation has taken place.
