Mary Louise Anttila passed away at Swedish Hospital in Edmonds, WA on September 23, 2013. She was born on May 15, 1940 in Los Angeles, CA to James Geddes and Goldie ODell. Mary graduated from Los Angeles High School in 1958. She worked most of her life in Retail, spending the last years as a cashier at Big Lots. Mary enjoyed Bingo, old movies, family and friends and her shadow, "Chico" the Chihauhau. She was also a great shopper, especially at Christmas. Mary got married to Kal Anttila on August, 10, 1996 in Renton, WA. She was preceded in death by her father, James Geddes; brother, Jimmy Geddes; sisters, Terry Knoke and Bonnie Geddes; and nephew, Walter Swaite. Mary is survived by her husband, Kal Anttila; daughter, DeeAnn Yetter; son, Jeff Eshman; son-in-law, Ken Yetter Sr.; two grandchildren, Crystal Yetter and Kenny Yetter Jr.; mother, Goldie ODell; nephews, Michael Geddes and Dylan Crooks; nieces, Lisa Geddes, Mona Burk and Danni Dault. Mary will be laid to rest at Floral Hills Cemetery in Lynnwood, WA. Date to be determined. Mary may be absent in body, but she will be present in spirit and she will be missed by all who knew her.
