Michael Hampton Obituary
Michael D. Hampton
Michael was born on May 20, 1957 in Oxnard, CA. Michael moved to Washington in 1993 with his youngest daughter to join his family. A year later moved his oldest daughter to join them.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Barbara.
He is survived by his three daughters, Frances Ellison of Everett, Jazmine Hampton of Granada Hills CA, Paige (Dave) Donovan of Abilene,TX; his three grandchildren, Jesse, Ethan and Kirsten; his sisters, Vicki (Scott) Solla, Debbie Hampton, Kristine Hampton; one niece; four nephews, in essence the two men that he considered his sons, Christopher Johnson and Cole Childers; the love of his life, ex-wife and best friend, Sheri Hampton; his favorite ex-mother-in-law, Marilyn Beaty; and the rest of his extended family.
For those of you that knew Mike there will be no services, but a celebration of life to be announced.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Frances Ellison.

Nothing will ever fill the hole in my heart that your loss created however I promise to show my kids the love that you showed me. You are an inspiration and model to all the other father's out there. I miss you and will continue to miss you forever. I love you dad.

My heart felt sympathy goes out to Jaclyn and to Mikes family.
Mike was avery good friend to Jim and I,and we will miss him alot.
Mike had such a wit about him. Having a bad day, he could make you laugh, having a good day, he could make you cry depending on his mood. I loved it.
I will miss the long talks we had, about the LORD or just solving world problems. He was a great guy.
I have known Mike since 1995. And will truly miss him.

Our hearts go out to Jaclyn Wilson, Mike's partner of over 10 yrs., who lovingly nurtured and maintained care for Mike in his last few months on this earth. We continually held hope that Mike would beat this battle, but it was not to be. He will be remembered and appreciated for all his positive contributions to this sometimes crazy and challenging world.
