Rick Brunner, 61 of Everett, died peacefully on Monday, November 4, 2013 with his cousin Todd by his side. Rick was preceded in death by his mother, Carrol Hogan of Bellevue, WA; and grandparents, Irl and Charolette Green of Seattle. He is survived by his wife, Diane Brunner; daughters, Amanda Barker, Tara Brooks (husband, Eric) and Nakayla Metarko; step-son, Greg; his grandchildren, Madelyn, Bradyn and Bryson; sisters, Laurel Howard (husband, Paul), Lani Kallio (husband, Ken), and Candy Dennis; nieces, Patty, Cara, Dana, Tiffany and Jennifer; nephews, Rick, Denny, Brian, Brett and Shawn; and 16 cousins, whom were more like brothers and sisters! And his life long "best friend" (Wild) Bill Burton. Rick attended school at St. Annes and Queen Anne High in Seattle and was drafted into the Army at age 19. He worked as a long-line fisherman out of Seattle, on the seas of Alaska. Rick was a fun loving, warm spirited soul; he made friends easily with his amazing smile and outgoing personality. He was a well known professional pool player in the Seattle/Everett area for over 30 years. He loved to spend his free time with his family. Family was everything to him! Rick will be missed by many and his memory will live on with every "pool game we play". Memorial services to be held at a later date.
