Yolanda Sehorn, 94, of Everett, passed away February 27, 2014 after a brief illness. She was born August 9, 1919 in San Salvador, El Salvador. She married Bill Sehorn of Machias in San Francisco, CA in 1945 and moved to Machias, WA where they raised their family. She is survived by brother, Hugo Flores (Evelyn), of San Salvador; daughter, Dita Dickey (Denny), of Mazama; son, Bill Sehorn, of Everett; daughter, Elizabeth Spencer (Bill), of Edmonds, WA; grandchildren, Megan, Jeff, Heather, Chris, Jennifer, Jake, Ali and Nick; great grandchildren, Zak, Jamal, Elle and Finley; great great-grandson, Carter; and many beloved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill; three sisters, a brother; and a grandson. Second only to her family and friends was her love of U.S. politics. She was a bright light and example in all our lives, was loved, and will be missed by all. Graveside Services will be held at the Machias Cemetery, Sunday, March 9, 2014 2:00 p.m.
