Robert was born to Jack and Isabelle Myers on January 27, 1952 in Everett, Washington and went to be with Jesus on January 17, 2009.

Robert was a Tulalip Tribal Member; he attended school in Marysville, WA, and lived on the Tulalip Reservation for most of his life. He worked in the Maintenance Department for many years. Robert and his co-worker / best friend, Anthony Williams, were a dedicated team who not only worked hard but kept everyone laughing and happy where ever they went. Robert loved to keep busy; always working around the house and loved working on cars. He was a very loving husband to his wife, Marleen. His laughter and quick wit will be missed by all who knew him.
Robert is survived by his wife, Marleen; children, Angel (Eric) Chance, Robert Myers Jr., Janita Myers, Crystal Jack (Mark Cooper), and Steven (Gloria) Wilson; step-children, Mary Oman (Bow Gobin), Robin Kinsuy, and Vonda Kinsuy; grandchildren, Adrian, Shayla, Melissa, Felicia, Mason, Shayla, Dylan Talin, and Brennan; one great-grandchild, Javonn; sisters, Kathy Kraft, and Marjorie Baker; numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Isabelle Myers; and brother, Fred Myers Sr.
Viewing will be held from 1 to 2 p.m., Thursday, January 22, 2009, at Schaefer-Shipman Funeral Home, 804 State Ave., Marysville, WA. A Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, January 23, at the Tulalip Tribal Center, 6700 Totem Beach RD, Tulalip with burial to follow at Mission Beach Cemetery.
