Michael Hoff passed away peacefully on March 2, 2014 at the age of 69. He was born in Tacoma, WA on February 20, 1945 to Lloyd and Thelma Hoff. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Robert Hoff. Michael is survived by his wife, Marlene Hoff; daughter, Lori Barlow (Jeff); son, Jacob Hoff; and granddaughter, Randi Barlow. Michael served two years in the US Army. After returning home he went back to work for Safeway and married Marlene. They were married on June 3, 1967. Michael worked at Safeway and retired after 38 years. After retiring, Michael went on to do handyman jobs for local people and became a part time employee at Paradise Pet Lodge for his remaining years. Mike also loved to garden and work in the yard in his later years. Mike and Marlene spent their retired years together at their home in Maltby growing way too many tomatoes for two people to eat. He loved his family, friends and fantasy football. A celebration service is planned for March 15, 2014 at 2 p.m., Evergreen Washelli, 18224 103rd Ave. NE, Bothell, 98011.
