Atty. Richard C. Levin

Attorney Richard C. Levin, 90, of Fall River, husband of Ruth (Lider) Levin, passed away Sunday, September 23, 2018. A graduate of Harvard Law School, he was a Master Mason and member of Mt. Hope Lodge; past President of Temple Beth El; former Corporation Counsel for the City of Fall River; former member of the Tiverton Yacht Club; member of Massachusetts Bar Assn, Bristol County Bar Assn, Bristol County Estate Planning Council, Fall River Bar Assn, former Corporator of BankFive, former counsel for the Greater Fall River Board of Realtors and admitted to practice before the US Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court. Besides his wife of 65 years, he leaves a son, Attorney Mark L. Levin and his wife Attorney Bernice Kraft-Levin of Assonet, a daughter, Toby E. Levin of Fall River; two grandsons, Dr. Seth N. Levin of New York, NY and Dr. Scott R. Levin of Boston; and a sister, Ruth Feldman. He was the son of the late Attorney Isadore S. and Dorothy Levin. His funeral service will be held Thursday, September 27, at Temple Beth El, 385 High St. Fall River at 12:00 noon. Burial following at Temple Beth El Cemetery.
