Ken, Elizabeth and David,
I was so sorry to hear about Carolyn's passing from my mother. I was a cousin who grew with Carolyn and Doro, seeing them quite often as we lived just one town over in Swansea. Our grandmother's were sisters. You will be in our thoughts and prayers in the coming days.

Dear Mr. Kozak, Liz and David, I am so sorry to hear Carolyn has passed away. We got together this January for coffee and caught up on everything going on in each other's lives. I am grateful to have her as a friend, and for the loving and positive influence she had on my three girls. We will miss her.

Liz and family, I am so saddened to hear of your mom's (and wife) passing. I last saw Carolyn working at Williams Sonoma a few Christmases ago and we had a pleasant but short conversation as it was a very busy time for her. I have fond memories of sitting together cheering our daughters on at Field Hockey games and Field Hockey camp. She was very proud of her children and their many accomplishments. I will keep you all in my prayers.

Dear Kenny, Liz and David and to all my cousins and Family. I will miss Carolyn. I have known her since I was a young girl in Somerset and she would come to our house and hang out with my sisters Kathy and Nancy. She was kind, thoughtful and generous and truly she will be missed. I'm grateful to have seen her this past Christmas at my cousin Lisa's home, and spend some time sitting with her and talking. May God keep her in his gentle arms. Much love to you all, Sue Kozak

I was very saddened to hear of Carolyn's passing. We became good friends while working at Williams-Sonoma and shared many great experiences together. I'll always remember our first holiday season there, with Carolyn greeting customers at the door holding a platter of peppermint bark. We kept in touch even after I moved away. She displayed tremendous courage during her illness. I was honored to know her and will miss her terribly. My thoughts and prayers are with Ken and her children.
