Olin Dennis AdairROCK HILL - Olin Dennis Adair, 78, of Rock Hill, S.C., passed away Friday, April 26, 2013. Born in Gaffney, S.C., Mr. Adair was the son of the late John and Pearl Wright Adair. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was also a member of Lakewood Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Jo Ann Adair; three sons, Dennis Adair (Kathy) of Rock Hill, Stephen Adair (Millie) of Rock Hill and Tony Adair (Brenda) of Fort Mill, S.C.; a stepdaughter, Lisa Nalley (Mike) of Evansville, Ind.; two brothers, Alphus Adair of Kentucky and Ben Adair of Fayetteville, N.C.; six grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and three step-great-grandchildren. A service to celebrate the life of Mr. Adair will be held 3 p.m. Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at Lakewood Baptist Church, with the Rev. Jerry Devinney officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 2 p.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lakewood Baptist Church, 3520 Mt. Gallant Rd., Rock Hill, SC 29732 or to Hospice & Community Care, Wayne T. Patrick House, 2275 India Hook Rd., Rock Hill, SC 29732. Condolences can be registered online at basscares.com. Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Thoughts and prayers are with the family. When Mr. Adair would come in the office of Thomas Tours he always had a smile on his face. It was always a pleasure having him as one of our clients.

Olin was such a kind and wonderful neighbor. We will miss his friendly smile and how he made us laugh. He will not be forgotten.
