Obituaries from the Past Three Days

Ranucci, Marlene "Boobsie"
Marlene 'Boobsie' Ranucci ROCK HILL, S.C. - On April 21, 2015, Marlene A. (Boobsie) Ranucci, 53, heaven welcomed her home. Funeral services will be 8:30 p.m. on Friday, April 24, 2015, at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road with Father John Giuliani officiating. Burial will be 1 p.m. Saturday, April 25, 2015, at Forest Hills Cemetery. Born in Bridgeport, Conn., she was the daughter of Marlene Walley Kransnowski and the late Edward James Krasnowski. She was a homemaker and attended Stratford High School. Family was Boobsie's greatest joy. She loved and cared for her husband. She was a wonderful "MOM" to her three children with unconditional love. Boobsie took great pride and delight in her three grandchildren and her great niece. Although she enjoyed bowling, music and video games, her family was her number one priority and passion. Boobsie shared her heart, ready smile and strength with everyone she met. We will forever hold her in our hearts. Some of her favorite verses were The Lord bless you and watch, guard and keep you; the Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious to you. The Lord lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually) and Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, but by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God. Surviving in addition to her mother are her husband, Daniel R. Ranucci Jr. of the home; her son, Daniel E. Ranucci of York, S.C.; two daughters, Shannon L. Ranucci of the home and Heather Ranucci of Rock Hill: her brother, Edward J. Krasnowski of Rock Hill; two sisters, Diane K. Bursey of York and Jean Pence of Rock Hill; three grand-children, Chandler J. Sims, Ethan D. Ranucci, Jacob D. Arcuri and several nieces and nephews.
