Dixon, Glenda King - York  
Mrs. Glenda King Dixon, 65, of Rock Hill died Saturday, June 18, 2016 at her granddaughter's home in York. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at Lesslie Church of God with Rev. Roy Vogan officiating. The burial will be at Lando Cemetery. Born in Rock Hill, Mrs. Dixon was preceded in death by her parents, William Lloyd King, Sr. and Naomi Starnes King; her husband, Ronald "Cracker" Dixon; and her son, Kenneth LaDon Campbell. She was a member of Lesslie Church of God. She worked at Pharr Yarns for 17 years and retired from York Diesel LLC. Survivors include her daughter, Bobbie Jo "BB" Campbell (Manuel); son, Charles Jeffery Campbell both of Rock Hill; brother, William Lloyd King, Jr. of Douglasville, GA; sisters, Kathy Taylor (Jimmy) of Dallas, GA, Karen Westra (Dave) of Maryville, TN, and Cheryl Baker of Lakeland, FL; 15 plus extended grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and longtime friend Judy Acord. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 7:30 PM Monday, 6-19-2016 at Greene Funeral Home Downtown Chapel and at the home of her daughter, Bobbie Campbell, 1468 Mecca Trail, Rock Hill. Dover, Robert - Chester  
Robert Christopher Dover, 51, passed away June 16, 2016. The funeral will be at 4:30 PM on Monday, June 20, 2016 at Bratton Funeral Home in York. The family will receive friends on Monday from 3:30 - 4:30 PM at Bratton Funeral Home. Robert was a son of Wallace Martin and the late Virginia Dover Pittman. In addition to his father, Robert is survived by seven daughters, three step children, one brother, one sister, and his wife. Harvey, Millard B. "Uncle Billy" - Travelers Rest  
Millard B. "Uncle Billy" Harvey, 64, of Travelers Rest, husband of Frieda Moss Harvey, died Wednesday, June 15, 2016. Born in York County, SC, he was the son of the late William Morgan and Adelee Pressley Harvey. Millard was a Harley man for years and enjoyed camping, crafts, flowers, fishing, and going to church. His greatest love were his family and friends. In addition to his loving wife of 42 years, he is survived by one son, Michael B. Harvey (Angie); one daughter, Sharyn "Beth" Houston (Shane); two sisters, Janice H. Burke and Kay H. Dease; two brothers in law, who were his best friends, Barry Burke and David Dease; six grandchildren, Cameron, Mackenzie, and Kendall Harvey, and Laddie, Charlie, and Kayla Houston; several nieces and nephews; his four legged companion, Scooter; special friends, Viola Tate and Rod Thomsen; and many friends. A visitation will be held Saturday, June 18, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. until 5:45 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest with a memorial service to follow at 6:00 p.m. in the Northwest Chapel. Hopkins Sr., Billy Ray - Fort Lawn  
Mr. Billy Ray Hopkins, Sr., 73, widower of Shirley Ann Head Hopkins of Fort Lawn passed away Thursday, June 23, 2016 at his home. He was born May 18 1943, in Rock Hill, a son of the late William Carson Hopkins and Maebell Delay Hopkins. He was a US Army Reserve Veteran. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mr. Hopkins will be held Sunday, June 26, 2016 at 3 pm at the Lancaster Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ed Harris officiating. Mr. Hopkins is survived by his 2 sons, Billy Ray Hopkins Jr. and his wife Pamela of Rock Hill, and Mark Eugene Hopkins and his wife Cindy of Greenville, SC; a daughter Wanda Hopkins Buddin and her husband Charlie of Rock Hill; three brothers, Bobby Hopkins of Rock Hill, Rickey Hopkins, of Carolina Shores, NC, Pee Joe Hopkins of McConnells; five sisters, JoAnne Privette, of Fort Lawn, Vivian Hare of Chester, Judy Rabon of McConnells, Donna Gale Gross of Richburg and Luvenia Hopkins of Lancaster; 11 grandchildren and 16 great- grandchildren. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter Tammie Annette Hopkins and a brother Pee Wee Hopkins. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. Sunday, June 26, 2016 at Lancaster Funeral Home and other times at the home.
