ROCK HILL - Mr. William "Mickey" Edward Mickle Jr., 72, passed away, Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012, at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill, S.C.
Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 3, 2012, at Forest Hills Cemetery in Rock Hill, with the Rev. Jerry Devinney officiating.
Born in Rock Hill, S.C., Mr. Mickle was the son of the late William Edward Mickle and Elizabeth Lussardi Mickle. He was a retiree of Siemens-Westinghouse in Charlotte, N.C., and was of the Presbyterian faith. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, George Mickle and sister, Janet M. Sands.
"Mickey" is survived by his wife, Ann Hay Mickle of the home; daughter, Susan Mickle Massey (Jimmy) of Rock Hill; his son, Jeffrey Mickle of Gainesville, Fla.; his sister, Marlene Bingham of Rock Hill; his brother, Dr. Parker Mickle (Shelly) of Gainesville, Fla.; granddaughter, Brianna Deal and grandson, Mickey Deal, both of Rock Hill.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012, at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill.
