Vetra Rape Obituary

Vetra Rape ROCK HILL - Mrs. Vetra Corabelle Rape, 76, of Rock Hill, S.C., died Thursday, July 3, 2014, at her home. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, July 7, 2014, at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, with the Rev. Rick Martin officiating. Burial will be at Grandview Memorial Park on Cherry Road. Born in Roanoke Va., Mrs. Rape was the daughter of the late Henry Howard Summerlin and Opal Irene Adkins. She was a member of Eastview Baptist Church and retired from Walter Martinson CPA in Rock Hill. Survivors include her husband of almost 54 years, John Wayne Rape; daughters, Terri Thomas (Robert) and Tammy Ford, all of Rock Hill; brother, JC Summerlin of Oak Island, N.C.; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to Regency Hospice, 420 S. Herlong Ave., Suite 104, Rock Hill, SC 29732. Condolences may be made online at www.greenefuneralhome.net.
