Ralph Castles Varnadore Jr. GREAT FALLS - Mr. Ralph Castles Varnadore Jr., 59, died Sunday, June 8, 2014, at his home after a fifteen-month courageous battle with lymphoma. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2014, at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home, with the Rev. Mike Sollers officiating. Interment will follow in Greenlawn cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. on Tuesday at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home, 26 Underwood Ave., Great Falls, S.C. Mr. Varnadore was born Sept. 12, 1954, in Chester County, S.C., and was the son of Ralph C. "Buddy" Varnadore Sr. and Betty Jo Morris Varnadore. He was a graduate of Great Falls High School and was owner and operator of Varnadore's Towing. Mr. Varnadore was of the Christian faith. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife of over 38 years, Terry Elkins Varnadore; one son, Michael C. Varnadore of Great Falls; one granddaughter, Rayne V. Varnadore of Heath Springs; and special cousins, Lee and Cheryl Carter of Blackstock.
