Everett Harless Jr. YORK - Everett "Termite" William Harless Jr., 71, of 1775 Branch Road died Saturday, March 23, 2013, at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill, S.C. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, 2013, at Cornerstone United Methodist Church, with Irvin Plowden officiating. Burial will be at Lakeview Memory Gardens in York. Everett was a son of the late Everett William Harless Sr. and Ida Harris Harless. He was a member of Cornerstone United Methodist Church, was retired from Continental Tire in Charlotte, N.C., and was a U.S. Army veteran. He is survived by his wife, Virginia Smith Harless of York; son, Bill Harless (Leslie) of Rock Hill; and three daughters, Timberly Smith of Clarkville, Tenn., Tammy Jackson (Thomas) of McConnells and Wendy Phillips (Andrew) of Charlotte; brother, Jack Harless (Alice); and three sisters, Thelma Nichols, Beulah Glenn (Morris) and Lucy Giles (Pete), all of Rock Hill; and 10 grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, March 24, 2013, at Bratton Funeral Home.
