Survivors include is loving wife, Nazaret; sons Christian, Jr. and Jason; daughter Melissa; step daughter Alexandra Escobar, all of Sarasota; sister Camille Goldfinger-Blanco of New York; brothers Dann of Sarasota and Darryl of Trinidad.

It is so difficult to say good bye to a dear friend. You will always bring a smile to my heart when I think of you. Thanks for sharing such true friendship with me and bringing me into the circle of love that Nazeret shared with you. God blessed you two even if it was for such a short time. Hoping you are at peace. You deserve the best for being the terrific man you were. God will keep his arms around Nazeret during this time. We all will miss you a lot!

I was sorry to hear of Chris' passing. I worked with Chris and he was always dressed professionally and a genuinely nice person. He will be missed.

My heartfelt sympathy to Chris' wife, Narareth,all his children, his sister, Camille and brothers Dann & Darryl and their families. I am so glad that I had the opportunity to visit Chris during his very last days even though it hurt me to see him in such pain. However, our merciful and loving God knows best and has taken him home to be reunited with his parents and to take his place that Jesus said is prepared for all of us in God's mansion.
May he rest in peace.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Chris' family. I have known Chris for probably the last 6 years through a working relationship between Icard Merrill and Florida Records/Iron Mountain. He was such a wonderful man, so full of vigor and life. His smile and laugh were infectious and he will be greatly missed. I hope to see you in the new system Chris where we don't have to worry about sickness or pain. May God lift up his family in this time of need.

He was full of energey, always pleasant to be around, filled with much laughter and a persistent dedication to accomplish all assignments. Chris was a tremendous asset to our law firm. Always pleasant and with a smile, he made our days better just saying hellow. He was also given many important assignments, knowing that he used good judgment and initiative and was absolutely reliable, diligent, and totally trustworthy. Chris was also always dressed better than most of our lawyers! He will be greatly missed.

Chris is my cousin from Trinidad, whom I haven't seen for many years. A friend of my youth. The tributes written by others here describe him exactly as I remember him, with his infectious laugh, his kindness and helpful personality. Gone too soon.

I had the pleasure of knowing Chris over the past two years. He was a customer of ours.
