Hoppy, Tom Patterson and myself roomed together for 2 years at Phi Sig. I can still see Hoppy sitting straight as a ramrod smoking his pipe. He always had a good natured word. He will be missed.

Duncan was a responsible father and friend , who loved nature and spent many hours hiking in the woods, walking his dogs, or biking the trails in his early years. He was an astute businessman and well prepared for his retirement years. He loved the beaches and enjoyed watching the volleyball tournaments by the sea. He will be missed by his children and friends.

Duncan and I are fraternity brothers in Phi Sigma Kappa at Cornell. I was always impressed by his energy and positive outlook. His passing diminishes our world.
