Dear Kathy, I, along with quite a crew, had a wonderful time in Knightsbridge with Alan as our boss. He was great fun and usually cut us just enough slack to nearly hang ourselves. He was from the old school where managers managed and all the young dudes respected him fo it. He always had a twinkle in his eye. I know you will miss him.

Kathie, so sad to hear of Alan's departure. I had the pleasure to work with Alan in London and his connection with his team and all the people he met was inspirational - he brought out the best. His memory never left us, nor will it.
