I'm so saddened by the fact that I never got down there one more time to see Poppy. It brought a tear to my eye when I heard that he still he had me on his wall of grandchildren b/c of everything that happened. I wanted to thank him for loving me despite the circumstances. THe world lost a great man & I lost another "grandfather" . I love you & thank you so much for loving me. May you RIP. God Bless!

Even though my Poppy may be gone from this world and there may be lots of pain and tears, but as long as we remember the good times we had with him, and enjoy many more laughs on his behalf things will get better in time. R.I.P Poppy, you are forever in my thoughts, you may be gone but you will never be forgotten. Thank you to the greatest man I have ever known. I love you!
