Mykola Wasylyk, 86, of North Port, formerly of Ukraine, died March 1, 2010.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. today at Farley Funeral Home, North Port Chapel, with a Panachyda at 6 p.m.
Survivors include his wife, Olga of North Port; a son, Roman of Ellenville, N.Y.; a daughter, Minka of Ellenville; and three grandchildren.

Pan Wasylyk...may you rest in peace...my condolences to Minka, Roman and Pani Wasylyk. You were always a strong man in my memories and I hold every single secound from the summers at your bungalow colony dear to my heart. Please, enjoy some buttermilk with those that I have lost also .....

Olga and Family,
We just watched the beautiful video tribute, which brought some tears. Hard to believe our happy memories together go back 51 years to the Farm On The Hill. Then later special visits with you in New York. You did have some wonderful years together! Such a handsome family.
